This letter is writing to advise the epidemic impact to HITANO service.
As we all know the epidemic of Omicron is getting worse and worse in China, the China government announce lockdown policy to Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan and the several major cities in China. The lockdown period time is from March 16th to March 21st, but may prolong at any time. All factories in these cities can’t help but forced to stop production until the lockdown finished.
Because of this inevitable situation, we apologize to say it’s hard to maintain HITANO production and logistic schedule, and it may cause delay for at least 2-3 weeks at this lockdown time. Once the China government stops to lockdown policy, HITANO teams will do our best to recover the delay for all customers all around the world.
Once again, we deeply apologize for above inevitable situation and hope lockdown problem can be solved soon. We highly appreciate all your supports and understanding. Hitano will always be here to support you and bless you!
