CMRT Declaration of Conflict-Free Metal V6.31

Hitano Enterprise Corporation hereby declares that the metal used in our products is Conflict-Free.

Hitano Enterprise Corporation has investigated and will continue to monitor our supply chain to ensure metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and tin (Sn) are not derived or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or export through illegally means or trade routes that are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions.

Trade routes that are considered “Non Conflict Free” include direct exports from the DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania and Kenya (metal exports from these countries are deemed by U.N. Security Council as part of DRC-mined minerals).

We hereby confirm that metals used in our products are “DRC Conflict-Free”.
